Angelina Ireland was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She attended the University of Winnipeg where she received a Bachelor (Honours) degree and then went to Ottawa and earned a Master’s Degree from Carleton University.
In 2014, after a diagnosis of cancer, she became a client of the Delta Hospice Society. When she recovered to good health she joined the Board of Directors. In 2019, she was elected the President of the Board. In 2022, after a long battle defending the Pro-Life values of Palliative Care, a national AGM was held and an entire Pro-Life Board of Directors was elected that changed the Constitution of the organization to prohibit any involvement with euthanasia and assisted suicide, otherwise known as “MAiD”. As of February, 2024, Angelina has moved into a full-time operations position as the Executive Director of the Delta Hospice Society.
For many years, Angelina has fought to defend the Delta Hospice Society from various levels of government and euthanasia activists, and to protect Palliative Care in Canada.
We hope you will join us for this lifesaving presentation. BRING A FRIEND!
